    Patient Medication Assistance completes all pharmaceutical
    applications needed to apply for drug assistance.  Our
    applications are computer generated and only require your
    signature and doctor's information.  In addition we will
    provide you step by step instructions to help ensure you

    Most medications are shipped within two to three weeks after
    approval, in a 90 day supply.  

    Requirements:

  • In some cases, you must have spent $600 out of pocket on
    medications.

  • Make less than $19,00 per year for individual and less than
    $35,000 per year for couple.

  • Our customer care department will complete all necessary
    applications and mail for your signature and review.
  • Once the applications are signed by you and your doctor,
    return to us in the provided envelope.
  • Our customer care department will check them for accuracy,
    attach necessary documents and forward to the
    pharmaceutical companies for approval and shipping.
  • In most cases, you will receive a 90 day supply of your
    medications.

Program Fees:

    We charge a $59.00 processing fee for a one year                
    enrollment. You will receive full customer support and you
    may request unlimited applications for drug assistance
    during your enrollment period.  We also provide you with all
    the information needed to refill your medications.  



           One time charge of $59.00 for annual enrollment.

Priority Delivery-  We will Priority mail all completed
pharmaceutical applications necessary for assistance within 24
hours to address provided.  You should receive your applications
for signatures in 3 to 5 days.

Overnight Delivery- We will process your application the same
day and overnight mail all pharmaceutical applications for
signatures to address provided.  You will also be provided with a
paid overnight envelope for quick return of signed applications.  
Over night delivery could save you up to 12 days over standard
delivery.
