Monthly Service Fee
Patient Medication Assistance charges a $32.00 monthly service
fee regardless of the number of medications you are applying for
assistance. For your monthly service fee, we provide the following:
Once you are enrolled in our service you will have the option to
pay your service fee every month, 3 months, 6 months and
annually. By prepaying your service fee you can save as much as
$75.00 per year over monthly invoice.(as little as $25.75 per

programs we will refund your money within in 48 hours.
Your service fee will not change regardless of the number of

Once we receive your completed information you will be assigned
to a customer service representative. Our representative will
complete all necessary applications and work closely with your
doctor's office and the pharmaceutical companies. Your customer
service representative will be available to assist you Monday-
Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m EST.

necessary documents before forwarding to the
pharmaceutical companies. - Tracking of your medications for renewal and complete
appropriate applications(usually every 90 days) - Free add-on service allowing you to add new medications at
any time with no increase in your monthly service fee.
